possibility for users to change the default of a lookup column

Hello, 

 

I'm building an app for guard duty.

 

So far my idee: 

I have 2 lists:

1) An userlist with 2 text columns . 1 for te name of the user and another one with the phone number. 

2) A list to create every day an item, also with 2 columns. 1 for the date and one for the name = LookUp from Name column in first list. 

Every day with power Automate, there will automatically an item be created. 

 

The app takes always the first item to show because the change is 18:00 (flow at 18:00 to delete all items older than Now), that's why I took 2 lists (One for the user and one for creating items. )

In the second list I did a lookup fot the Name Column because the Name has to be exactly the same in both list. In the app he's looking in the userlist for the phone number. 

 

Now is my problem,  how Can i make My user set a default Value of the Name Columnin in the second list. It's a lookup column. 

I Can't let the users set the default value in Power Automate.

I did a workaround with creating another list called "default"

in powerapps, the user can change the default.

 

In power Automate i created a flow

get  items from the default list

create items in the guard duty list with the value of default list.

The default Value of the lookup column should be a Variable chosen by the users. 

 

 

My requirements are:

Every day, an item should be created in list 2 . (Date column, lookup column ) 

The default Value should be managed by the users. OtherWise the default Value has to be changed in power Automate everytime. What if i'm sick, on holiday, not any more in the department to manage the dafault Value? They would have to change the name every day. 

 

I have a userlist with a 2 text column (one for the name's and one for the phonenumbers)

So that's why I have a loopup column in my other list (list2) where a daily item has to be create. Date of duty guard and The name of the user. The phone number is a lookup in PowerApps from the userlist. 

In Power Automate you can choose a Value, but i don't wont to give acces to the flow to al users. 

What I need is to create a Variable Default Value for the lookup Column.
