providing data to sharepoint via html form

Hello Community,

i'm making a Vehicle Request formular for my Company and i could need help finding a solution.

I made a Formular via Powerapps which provides my Sharepoint list with information about the driver and this request has to be approved, so far so good. After the approval the responsible Person has to provide the license number of the car which therefore i put in a simple Html form. This plate number has to be stored to my Sharepoint list VehicleRequest.

I added a Html send button and also a send email with options with the Send option depending for the solution i can find.  Anyone can help me out?

Here my flow and the mail:

Hi @Anonymous,

I did a test on my side. The output of select email with option has only the option selected by the user, and there is no other content, so your method may not be useful.

Since you want to submit a form-like thing after the user receives the message, you may use MS Forms to let the user submit the plate number and then get the form's submission.

You could add a link to Forms directly in the email.

Best Regards,

Barry
