pulling record from one table into another table from dynamics 365

I am wanting to pull username from one table based on matching userID's (both tables have this data) and add the user name with the rest of the data from the opportunity data (see photo below)

both tables are being pulled from dynamics 365

How do either merge tables or do a lookup from one table to list the username in another table?  without doing an "apply to all" which only lists the opportunities multiple times with every username in the table.

Re: pulling record from one table into another table from dynamics 365

Hi @TrentRush ,

It seems you want to add the user name from one table to another.

There is a matching column(ID).

I have made two tables, shown as below:

Then I made a flow to add the Name from Table1 to Table2 based on the ID.

Result:

Re: pulling record from one table into another table from dynamics 365

I ended up just adding invisible fields in the opportunities data set that were single line text and used a flow to compare the common field and update record.  Works for me since we only run this flow weekly, so I just run the other flows that copy data right before so that the data is current.
