question about building workflow, can it connect to replace attachments in SP list?

Hi

I like to ask if workflow can replace existing attachment(s) in SP list?

Is Workflow smart enough to:

2) I want to build a flow that can send out email notification to outlook with attachment to staff A and in return staff A will approved and it will route to person B and update the attachments in the outlook into SP list to replace it current existing copy , using reference from SP list ID no?? Can this be done??

2) the workflow is currently send to approver Person X to approve via email notification.  How to enable digital signature of the approver to sign on the attachment and once submit approved, will update the signed copy into SharePoint list ?  It is now approved and send to notification the requestor

any way to get the digital signature capture into the attachment and update and replace existing copy?

Hi @bbsin,

You could extract these attachments from SharePoint item, then send them via approval email. After approve and sign it, store these signed files into SharePoint, then delete these attachments in the original item and add these new files.
