"If condition" in approval workflow

Good day

May someone please assist, I have created an approval workflow, but am having trouble with the if condition, it only picks one outcome. that is it either picks approve regardless of whether the approver approved or rejected or it only picks rejected regardless of whether the approver approved or rejected
