"List Records" using View from D365 in Scheduled Flow

Hi everyone,

 

New to flow....I'm trying to do a "List Records" from D365 in a Scheduled Flow and display a view saved on the Company entity. Is there a way to pull views? Otherwise, I'm not sure what the Filter Query syntax would look like? If someone could help on either I'd appreciate it!

Hi @saturation ,

 

You can't pull the data from CRM views. You can filter the records using ODATA under the filtery query.

 

Suppose you want to filter by name = 'ABC'

 

Under the Filter Query you need the following

 

name eq 'ABC'

 

You can extend the operator by adding and then specifiy another condition.

 

eg: name eq 'ABC' and accountcode = 1234
