"UserprincipalName" and "Displayname" - same output to sharepoitn list

Hi all,

following problem.
I have a flow that reads out the AzureAD, filters it and transfers the output to a Sharepoint list.

get_ext_user.jpg

Create sharepoint Item Details:

UserPrincipalname Claim: UPN from second filter output

Displayname Claims: Displayname from second filter output

After a testrun, i get this "input":

... and this output:

vipfafen_3-1608502445218.png

Output in Sharepoint list... Displayname and UPN are bouth the same outputs. Even when i read out the userid, the output keeps the same =>displayname

What i do wrong?

Regards

I assume the User Display name and UPN Name columns are People columns.  If that is the case then those columsn will contain both the UPN and Display Name for the user as Properties of the object.  But what gets displayed is normally the DisplayName.  So whether you put in a User's UPN or DisplayName you'll always get the same user and the Display Name will show.  If you want to record the UPN and DisplayName make sure the columns are Single Line of Text not People/Group.
