recurrence and send me an email notification triggers

Hi team,

I have successfully created a Microsoft Flow to send an email at set times - Weekly on Tuesday at 10:30 am.

I have the body of the email looks fine in Flow, however, when I receive the email in MS Outlook desktop software, there is no formatting, paragraphs. It is one big block of text that is formatted to the centre.

How can I ensure the content in Flow appears correctly in MS Outlook with paragraph marks etc?

Please let me know.

Kind regards,

Shiraz

Re: recurrence and send me an email notification triggers

HI @Shiraz-Mistry, you can add html tags to the email to lay it out nicely, add images etc, as I've done in the image below.

Re: recurrence and send me an email notification triggers

It has to be the actual email addresses as in your second example FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu; FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu; FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu;

Re: recurrence and send me an email notification triggers

Hi @RobElliott

Is there a way to add a CC: (Carbon Copy) to the email?

I can see only the TO: field shown.

Kind regards,

Shiraz

Re: recurrence and send me an email notification triggers

Hi @RobElliott

Will the CC: and BCC: fields accept this format:

FirstName LastName <FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu>; FirstName LastName <FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu>; FirstName LastName <FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu>;

OR

FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu; FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu; FirstName.LastName@company.com.edu;

Does it make a difference?
