save email attachment on sharepoint document library - use email subject to save in the same name folder

Hello everyone,

 

i used default template to save attacchment on sharepoint document library.

i need to do something different.

 

everyday i receive emails with different e-mail subject(projectnumber) with a attachment.

I need to save a attachement on a SharePoint library FOLDER with X subject(projectnumber).

 

So the e-mail with X subjectname attachment with has to go to X FOLDER with same the subjectname.

 

i tryed some change but don't work.

anyone has suggestion ?

Hi @kazimdogan can you post what you've done so far please?

 

Is the project ID the entire subject or just part of it?

Hi @kazimdogan ,

 

You could refer to the following method to configure Flow.

I speculate that Subject should start with/contains some special text. You could determine if the subject starts with/contains a specific string, and if so, save the attachment.

You could also consider using WDL function to extract the project number and then use number as the specified Folder Name.
