I'm building a flow which has to send an email with options to every person who is ticked with Yes in an Excel.
But i don't want it to pause and waiting for response before launching another email to another user.
I tried to solve it with setting to 50. But as the list has more than 10.000 rows it could happen that more than 100 emails have to be send.
Is there any way to apply this setting?
Thanks in advance
Please note that unless you have a premium license the maximum number of items in a for each loop is 5000. Even if you do have a premium license, using a Send email with options to more than 10,000 users concurrently is not a good idea.
Can you explain a little more about what you want to accomplish? If so, then suggestions can be made for an alternative approach.
at first, I have a premium licence, that this is not the problem. Excel is a report where the colleagues have to decide if they would like to send an email with options. If they want, they have to click Yes in a cell, in the same row. Afterward the planned flow (once a day) checks every row and sends an email. At the moment the flow sends emails and it works. But it would be more comfortable to send emails with options. The past showed me that not more than 100 emails have been sent a day.
Do you see any problems?
Thanks for your help-Michael
