Try putting the space back in and insert _x0020_ as I mentioned above.

I believe Flow is looking at the SharePoint internal name - the internal name does not change even if you rename the column.

If this does not work, please post a screen shot of your Flow.

Here is a solution that should work for you.

I created a custom list and added a text column called "DueColumn".

When I retrieve the data from the list, I filter it so that I get only rows where DueColumn = Due.

I create an HTML table from the result of the Get Items action.

Finally, I send an email and reference the HTML table that I created.

Please note that the email has "Is HTML" set to yes.

For test purposes, I set my Flow to run every minute - you can set to run daily and even set the time to run.

its choice

I updated my Flow to use a choice column called DueChoice.  Please note that I refer to "DueChoice Value" when referencing the column in the Create HTML table action.

hi

is it ok if the column name is like "Ticket Booking_status ". I use Ticket Booking_statusChoice eq 'due'.

Please advise or do i need to change the column name.

If you have a space in the column name, you need to put _x0020_  in place of the space.

So, for a column name of Due Choice you would use this filter:

Due_x0020_Choice eq 'Due'
