start a flow process from a form textbox to fill out.

I have a form with a textbox called txtQuestion.

A button to send an email with the Question embedded in an email.

What I need:  I'm trying to find examples of where Automate can send the email with the Question and add a response box on the email so a user can fill out the answer and email will go back the questioner.?

Needing direction on where and how to get started. This is my first Flow attempt.

Thanks

David Powell

Re: start a flow process from a form textbox to fill out.

Hi!

Did you already consider using Power Automate "Approvals"?

So you decide who is gonna receive an Approval Request, he/she/they will receive a fancy Adaptive Card will buttons Approve / REject (default setup) and a Comments text input. So I guess clicking Approve means, 'Yeah, I know the answer', while clicking Reject means 'Sorry, no idea'.

But... Let's start from the basics. These should be your first two blocks.

Once you get them, dig into Approvals functionality. Lots of great learning resources on INternet. One of them?

Hope this helps

Hi @DAVIDPOWELL ,

Microsoft flow could only send an email with options currently, if you want the question to be answered by select an option, you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:
