Thanks for your feedback, the triggers for "adding a label to a Todoist task", "chaning the priority of a Tosoist task" and "moving a Todoist task to a specific project" are not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like these features to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Having issues with using Flow none of my pulls for data coming from Todoist are working.

Hi. Just saw this. You have to use the "v2" version of all Todoist triggers and flows.
