Hi All,
We're new to Flow at my company, and I'm wondering if Flow would be a good way to create training and testing plans for our employees. For example, we have a beta group of users that need to test 50-100 tasks within a program, record their results, and mark their testing complete, hopefully with an email to the project lead.
I'm interested in any relevant templates or examples someone might be able share.
Thanks!!
Knowing what the types of tasks are may help us figure out a way to help you.

Thank you. The tasks are all contained within a custom application. e.g. "test for successful print jobs," "test access to database X." These tasks are currently listed on XLS spreadsheets, with "pass" / "fail" checkboxes for each task. Ideally, we foresee a testing scenario where these checklists are stored in Sharepoint, either as an XLS or something similar, and when the checklist is completed, the project manager is notified that the user has completed beta testing.
Hopefully this provides a little more context... thanks!
Power Automate User Groups are coming! Make sure you’re among the first to know when user groups go live for public preview.
