triggering mail from sharepoint

Hello, I would like your help with the following flow: 1.- manual trigger by entering id 2.- search in a sharepoint list by id and get an email from another column 3.- send a pre-formatted email to the email obtained from the list my list has a little more than a thousand lines of id, but I think it's only looking in the first 100

What action are you using for filtering in step "2 searches in a SharePoint list by id "? If you are using "Get Items" Action and using Filter Query, check the following properties:
- Top Count
-Limit Columns by View
Make sure you select the view in "Limit Columns by View" that has all items.

You are experiencing a limitation of only 100 items returned when executing SP Get Items action block, right?
If so, as DeepakS explains, set Top Count input to a higher value

Microsoft flow 'Get Items" action support to returns 100 items when "Top Count" box is left blank currently.

If you want the "Get items" action would return all items when the "Top Count" field is left blank, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

In addition,if you would like to set the "Top Count" like "9999999",there is a 5000 items limit of sharepoint items, so the "Get items" action would return "Top Count" 5000 items currently,I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

I had thought so, but it sends me 100 emails (one for each ID) and not one that is the one I'm looking for

Hi
Try to set 'Primeros puestos' input of 'Get items' card to 5000.
The default value applying for 'Get items' is 100 items as output.
I would suggest also to apply filter array output as the input of the 'Apply to each'... instead of applying 'Get items' output.
