update or maintain sharepoint field

Hello, I need to update a sharepoint list according to data obtained from an email, but when updating the field I need to evaluate a condition, the problem is that I do not know how to indicate that if the condition is not met, keep the data that already exists in the field..

if (('mail','mail'),'ok',??)

Hi @jgarciac,

OK, I will use an example to explain it:

The email is a string column in a SharePoint list, I create a equals() function to judge it whether equals to null, if it is, return "OK", or return itself.

if(equals(body('Get_item')?['Email'],null),'OK',body('Get_item')?['Email'])

@jgarciac  if you are NOT updating a column in SharePoint you just leave that field in the flow without anything in it.

@jgarciac  if you want to compare use equals

equals()

the to show or not some values.

if(,'TrueValue','FalseValue')

 so the complete expresion is like

if(equals(1,1),'True','False')

the problem is that if the option is true it will be "OK", if it is false it must keep the value that already existed (there can be several options), that is: True: "ok" false: ?? How do I tell you to keep the existing value?
