why can't flow see the sharepoint Events List?

Hi all,

Trying to use the Events List in a sharepoint group site, principally becuase it allows me use the modern Events Web part to display them on a sharepoint site.

What I want to display is a list of dates (currently held on a separate sharepoint list).

I could solve my problem in two ways but I haven't managed to achive either:Capture.PNGInkedCapture1_LI.jpg

So what I'm seeing wrong in your Create Item is you are typing in the full url of the events list in the Site Address box. You need to just put the URL of your site in the Site Address not of your list. So for example : https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/test . To your point, "Events" won't show up in the List Name box but if you select the "Enter Custom Value" Option at the end, you can manually type in Events and it will work.
