Hi @rialino ,
Look at this documentation: Sign up for a trial - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
(with a trial license, you will be able to do everything inside the Power Virtual Agents, without a limitation)
Basically, your trial license stays available for 30 days and you can extend multiple times at this moment ONLY FOR TESTS (Microsoft can change it without any advised). After your trial licenses expired, all bots will continue available for 90 days.
Hi @rialino ,
It's not common but sometimes this issue occurs.
Go to your PVA creation panel >> Channels >> Manage >> edit the name of your bot >> go to publish tab >> publish your chatbot,
Now, go to Apps (on the left menu in the Teams) >> Built for your organization >> Find and open your chatbot.
If this issue doesn't fix, try to sign out and sign in to your Teams desktop.
But the issue persists, raise a ticket from the PVA support team: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support
Hi @renatoromao ,
thanks a lot for you answer. It seems that happens when you install the bot without before publish it.
I recreated from scracth the Bot and is working.
Do you have an idea of how it works the Free plan ? Before spend 1000 usd x month I need to test a lot.
Thanks another time for your help.
Regards,
Robbo
