Call QnA Knowledge Base

Can you call an existing QnA Knowledge Base in Teams chatbot?

I have been asked to build a bot to answer questions on Covid-19.  I have a QnA Knowledge Base already on this subject.  Can I call this from the Teams virtual agent?
