Hi PVA Community,
I am building PVA Chatbot in Teams. Is there a way that I can retrieve the conversation transcript?

Hi @Anonymous ,
If you are using PVA for Teams, you will able to get conversation transcript only using the Analytics panel (you need to be a Team owner): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/analytics-sessions-teams/?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5003806
But, if you have a privilege/license or developing bots using PVA for Web, you can get using the Power Apps portal: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/analytics-sessions#view-and-export-bot-conversation-transcripts-from-the-power-apps-portal/?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5003806

---ETA: I was able to download the sessions, it just gives no indication when clicking that anything is happening. I checked in my downloads folder and they are in there!--
I'm unable to click on the sessions at all, and I'm team owner for the team under which i've created the bot. Just wondering if the original poster was able to successfully retrieve the sessions. A colleague of mine making a bot in the web version was able to do so successfully.
Hi @Skotko ,
If you no longer have access to your environment, you'll need to create a support request in the Power Platform admin center.
Download chatbot sessions in Microsoft Teams - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
Ended up that clicking on the link puts the csv file in your downloads folder, but there is no indication anything happens. On the web version I believe it auto-opens the csv file so you can see that something happened. Just a heads up for Teams users!
