How many minutes your workflow are spending to run?
The maximum is 2 minutes to respond to the user.

Hello Kasunjaya, I believe what is causing the error in your thread is the power automate flow, either because of an error in the flow, or because they are taking too long to respond, which is more likely because. from the printout you sent it took 6 minutes to respond and the time is 2 minutes.
Check your flow on power automate, it should run at most 2 minutes.

As I mentioned first, we have a limit that is 2 minutes when you call an action using Power Automate flow.
