Hey all,
I've been spending a lot of time trying to upload my own FAQ for the suggested topics on a website to get them imported.
I've gone through the documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-create-topics-from-web.

I am struggling with this error

Hi @CariRodz ,

Yes, needs to have an open link on a public website.

I'd recommend publishing this file temporarily to an Azure Web App or another public website, then remove it there.

Hi @CariRodz ,

Is it a public website with HTTPS protocol?

If it's possible, share with us the link, we can try it from our side, and also, if it's not working well, you can open a ticket to the MS Support team: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

Hi @CariRodz ,

It's not possible to read SharePoint/OneDrive files, we have security behind those files.

The link needs to be on the internet: e.g. https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tests/xhtml/testfiles/resources/pdf/dummy.pdf
