Since the announcement that Power Virtual Agents is available in Teams with a Teams license. I've been trying to set up a chatbot in one of my Teams channels, but it sends me to the 'free trial' sign-up page.
Having read a lot of the documentation around licensing for both PVA and Teams, I'm not sure if the preview feature is limited to specific Office 365 Licensing packages.
My workplace uses Office 365 A1 Plus for faculty, so not sure if that is not included in the rolled out feature.
Appreciate any help - would love to set-up a ChatBot to handle internal query management!

Hi Jcook - I am, but I found out it is because our IT team hasn't added 'Power Virtual Agents for Office 365' to anyone's license. So until they do that, it won't let me create a chatbot!
Hi @AnthonyOsborne ,
This documentation can help you and inform which limitations of each license: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/requirements-licensing-subscriptions
I think that it's no problem to do anything using the MS Teams license for any Office 365 subscription.
Thank you for your reply.
I've already read through the documentation so I'm not sure what the reason is. We are in Australia, so not sure if it is region locked or the A1 for Faculty license isn't included - unfortunately, the documentation isn't that clear on inclusions or exclusions.
Hello @AnthonyOsborne
Are you still having these issues?
