Looking for a bit of help as been battling with this all afternoon! I've built a bot in PVA, and also have a Dynamic 365 Omnichannel for agent handoff.
I can deploy the bot to Teams using PVA but when asking to speak to someone I get a message saying this is not supported, I got around this by creating a workflow and a channel in the Omnichannel admin centre - and used App Studio to change the bot to the ID from Omnichannel.
However, although agent handoff now works in Teams, SSO does not. I have checked the AAD App ID and it's correct, along with the Single-Sign-On settings in 'Domains and permissions'.
Has anyone tried to do this before and succeeded? The end goal is to have SSO and agent hand off working on Teams.
