Hi,
I am looking to import a chatbot in Teams that was created by my colleague. I went into Power Apps in teams and went to the channel that the chatbot was first created in and export all the items into a single zip package. However, when I tried to import, I was met with this error.
I just had the same thing to me, after exporting my chatbot from one Team and importing into another. I followed the documentation here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/teams/import-solution-in-teams#export-customizations-from...
After getting the same error above, I googled it and found this forum post. If I am able to find a solution I'll report back.
Hi guys!
Am wondering if this is the right place to post this? Or perhaps someone can direct me to the right person who can assist with this?
Thanks!
Hi @Silverose ,
You can use the Troubleshooting logs to understand the issue: Move customizations between environments - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs
Also, do you have any Bot Framework components in your PVA bot?
IF the issue persists, you can raise a ticket here: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support
You say that the bot was created by a colleague. Are both you and the colleague owners in the Team where the bot was created and the Team where you are trying to import it? Bot Ownership in the Teams environment is based on who is an owner of the Team where it was created. So unless you are both owners in both Teams I don't think you will be able to import the bot.
Hi guys! Somehow the error resolved on its own when I tried to replicate it to take screenshots to raise a ticket to Microsoft. Thanks for all the support!
