Unable to save changes to Default PVA Topic: Greeting

Hello community!

 

I'm attempting to build my first chat bot within Teams. I've built alot of custom topics, modified the default topics and so on.

 

I'm now running into an error in the Greeting default topic. I'm not able to add any type of action, messages, go to another topic, condition, etc.

 

I keep getting a "This flow ID has changed. Refresh the node. Diagnostic Trace ID: [random number]" message when I try to save.

 

Anyone know how to solve this?

Hi @Lanae_Hausen ,

 

Try to sign-out to your Teams account, quit the Teams app, open the Teams app again, and try to edit again your topic.

If the issue persists, try to create another chatbot and identify if you get the same issue.

If the issue persists, open a ticket inside the PVA support, they can investigate better in your environment: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

Signing out/quitting didn't work 😞 So I'll give the support a try! Thank you for sending that link over.

 

Hopefully I don't need to redo everything I've built so far!

Then I go to submit a ticket, and guess what! Error when submitting 😞

I have encountered a similar issue to you and figured out how to fix it.  I said I'd share with you incase you are still experiencing the problem.

 

Basically I was calling a Power Automate Script in the Topic - i.e. a Call to Action.

 

Removing this Call to Action and re-adding it fixed the problem for me.  Hopefully this will be of help to you.
