AI Builder Object Detection - "Couldn't save model error"

Is anyone else getting the following error in the Object Detection model when selecting the names to detect?

I've tired this in different environments (Trial and Prod versions) and over several days - but nothing seems to make a difference.  This worked a few weeks back.

My user is a Office 365 Global Administrator with System Administrator rights in the PowerApps environment.

Re: AI Builder Object Detection - "Couldn't save model error"

Hi @HSheild ,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, try your Object Detection AI Model again, check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

Re: AI Builder Object Detection - "Couldn't save model error"

Hello @HSheild,

Just to double check: the user who is trying to create the Object Detection model is a System Administrator following the procedure documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security, correct?

Also check that the access to the AI Builder entities are correctly configured: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/security

Re: AI Builder Object Detection - "Couldn't save model error"

Hi @HSheild,

Do you know which PowerApps license do you currently have?

You can also click on the Get help button on the Quick tips area on the right to report the issue. This will send an email to the AI Builder team with information we can use to look into what could be the issue.
