Add Share User to Trial

I have with a lot of help from this forum got my first draft of the first app ready for real world testing.  I am currently in trial.

I dont want to come out of trial yet, as the company is changing the entire workplace to Office 365 and I am going to get pushed up to a premium plan, which I beleive comes with powerapps built in.

However I do want to enable the app to be used by my staff member to test the app in real world, test against our current SQL host

Re: Add Share User to Trial

Hi, you have two options:

1. Engage the MS support team to extens your trial period for few more weeks. I have done it in past and you just need to provide a good justification.

2. Export your current powerapps and import in new environment (new trial or new client subscription).

Hope this helps,

Re: Add Share User to Trial

Hi @ConfussedNewOne ,

Do you want to share your app with others when your licesen is PowerApps for trail?

I'm afraid it's not supported to share app in trail license.

The trail license is used for user personal learning. Other functions are not supported.

Here are two advice:

1)buy premium plan using your same account

In this way, the app that you bulit when you are in trail license will not lost. And then with premium plan, you could share this app to others.

2)export this app and import the app with premium plan

When you buy premium plan, you could import the app that you exported. (no need to use the same account as the one that you used in trail license)
