Advanced mapping ideas for unique business process ideas??? I'm lost! *HELP!*

I'm a small business owner that's recently migrated all of our systems to office 365 in effort to use all of the tools to help streamline our processes and I've been thinking of the best ways to build all of the tools to satisfy many of the needs spanning from sales, production, and client reporting --- and I can't seem to figure out the best way to utilize the mapping capabilities and was wondering if anyone had any tips?

 

Our company specializes in commercial lighting, and my goal is to be able to add locations of exterior lighting fixtures either by: (i) copy and pasting the coordinates from bing maps to a sharepoint list (ii) auto populating coordinates from a map to a sharepoint list (and then being able to add fixture data) and (iii) having the ability to utilize a power app to plot coordinates from someone in the field based on their location and have it saved to a sharepoint list with the fixture data {either by associating the geo location with a photo or having a pre-determined fixture type selected through the app and then add the quanties to a SP list).

 

The vision is to ultimatley be able to plot all of the coordinate data (primarily for exterior fixtures) and make it easy to associate the locations to the areas of the building/facility so (a) proposals are accurate and streamlined with little effort on the end user (b) production knows the exact fixture locations and automatically creates tasks for the project scope upon acceptance based on data gathered during the survey process, and (c) harness the power of metadata that communicates with our proposal "content types" that shows the client on their extranet site a giant map of all of their fixture locations, fixtures that are out, need recommended services & upgrade, how much money they're losing by not upgrading outdated lighting with LED technology, while satisfying certain requirements we'd need for preventative maintenance revenue streams.

I know this seems pretty complex, but I have all of the data and know there's a way to set up the templates that can satisfy all of this! Let me know if anyone has any ideas, Thank you!
