App behaves differently between Web Player and Studio

Hello,

I am working on an app requiring charts. Because of the great number of records and the length of the labels I need to place in the charts, they make the charts look something like this:

chart1.png

However, when I try the app on the web browser, I got something like this:

chart2.png

My questions are:

  • Is there any way to make the web player and studio to work consistently?
  • In the web player, I have a big gap at the end of chart even when I already set X Y Width in order to make it resize automatically, anyone can explain?
  • As you can see my chart with the studio version, is there any way to custom the chart in order to show the full text.

Thank you.

Re: App behaves differently between Web Player and Studio

Hi Hngdev,

My PowerApps version is 2.0.460, how about yours?

I created an App in PowerApps and in which I created a column chart. I clicked and dragged the column chart to cover all the screen instead of setting its X and Y property. And it worked consistently in both PowerApps studio and Powerapps.com. As I covered all the screen with my column chart, all the data were shown, of course, it had a scroll bar, I can view all my data by adjusting the scroll bar.

So, please check your PowerApps version and try again to click and drag the chart to cover all the screen.

I am using the same version as yours. Nothing seems changed.
