I'm experimenting with some audio feedback for my apps - i.e. verbal confirmation of the details of a record being saved (in this case, a booking being made).
When the user saves (patches) I'm using the translator connector to perform text-to-speech to confirm the details audibly, however the app should also navigate to another screen after the save. Once the app moves to another screen, the audio will not longer play.
Is there any way of delaying the navigation until the audio is complete, or of continuing the audio onto the following screen if it has not completed before the navigation?
I have a work-around at the moment that involves putting an audio player control on each screen, but a less resource-intensive solution would be preferable.
