Unable to get AzureAD.GetUser(User().Email).department, however, in the description https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/azuread/ we can add user department in AAD, department attribute is missing from Get_User response.Is there any way to get AAD manager, Country and Department in my powerapps form. We only want to get it from AAD not from O365 user profile.

According to the documentation, this cannot be achieved so far. Get_User response cannot get the department property. If you need this, consider to add an idea in below forum:
