BUG - Cant remove a Tile to App in MyApps in https://home.dynamics.com

I removed auser from the Sharing options in the PowerApp ( I am the author) , but when the user logs in to https://home.dynamics.com the app is still displayed under "My Apps" even though this app is no longer shared with this user...

I have 4 apps in this state - not shared anymore but still displayed as tiles under the MyApps in https://home.dynamics.com

When the user clicks on the tile that has permission revoked under "My Apps" a white screen is presented with the message
"The App isn't Working - Try Refreshing your browser or try again later..."

When the users refreshes  the https://home.dynamics.com in ther browser , the tile is still there but they have no access to the app...  they get the error message above when they click on the tile

I changed PErmissiosn 2 days ago and the tiles are still there for this user in MyApps in https://home.dynamics.com

If the user logs out and closes the browser and logs back in to https://home.dynamics.com, the tile showing the PowerApp they no longer have permission to is still displayed under "My Apps"...

How do I get the tiles to stop appearing when teh app is no longer shared with this user in MyApps in https://home.dynamics.com...  please advise.

Re: BUG - Cant remove a Tile to App in MyApps in https://home.dynamics.com

Hi @skylitedave,

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The GIF screenshot as below:1.JPG

Please take a try to click the "Sync" button within your Dynamics 365 home portal (https://home.dynamics.com), and then check if the issue is solved.1.JPG

Please also take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then click the "Sync" button within your Dynamics 365 home portal, check if the issue still exists.

Best regards,

Kris

Thx for the response

Seems like something changed for the better  🙂

I removed sharing on an App today and when I logged into home.dymaics.com as that user - I watched as the tile for that app disappeared before my eyes- poof!

This is solved!
