Batch Load SharePoint List (~6000) into Collection

I have been looking for some solutions to batch load my SharePoint list into a collection so I can use some of the search features that do not delegate. I found one example but "<" does not delegate so now I'm stuck. What is everyone doing to accomplish this task?

This is loading directly from SharePoint to the PowerApp. No CDS.

Thanks!

Re: Batch Load SharePoint List (~6000) into Collection

After doing some looking into delegation with SharePoint, I am not too sure how it would work. (I have the joy of working in Azure SQL, which seems to be the easiest scenario.) Is there a way to collect filtered sections that could make up the whole?

Maybe you could share some of the structure of the data to help work out a method. Only having = and no inequalities to work with will be tough but probably (hopefully!) not impossible. And hopefully someone with more SharePoint experience will chime in too.

Hi @maverick17,

Please share your formula here. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/delegation-overview, within the Filter and LookUp functions, you can use these with columns of the table to select the appropriate records:
