I am looking for opinions on what others might think is the best way to go about the next piece to my app.
I currently have a leads management app that when a new lead is entered it patched the information supplied to my sharepoint list and emails the assigned user(s) a message to say hey, you have a new lead, check it out! Now I want to go about reminding the users assigned that they have leads becoming stale.
For example, if the modified date is today +3 and the status is in progess email the user(s) this message that I have defined or if the modifired date is today +3 and the status is not started email the user(s) this message that I have defined. I also would like to create messages for leads that are +7 days old.
I am tossing around creating a button that an admin user could press 1 - 2 times a week to send an email based on the criteria above or figure out how to do a flow schedule. We are Office365 subscribers in my office so I have been told that new rules coming out won't affect our subscription for costs to use PowerApps and Flow as long as I watch my connectors. So far I have developed everything within PowerApps so I don't think I have to worry but that is why I am looking for Best Practice opinions on how others would approach my next app development goal. I am learning as I go. Thank you for your time!
