Thanks @Kavishi_MSFT - please know that this is something we get asked for *a lot*. Many of our customers have invested in Windows tablets/hardware for their sales force and really want to use those devices while visiting customers where an internet connection cannot always be guaranteed.

@Kavishi_MSFT, as @PaulD1 said, thank you for this. There are a number of scenarios that we will be able to fully realize with offline capabilities on Win10 devices. It is a big deal for us and we greatly appreciate you and the team sticking in there to make this happen.

Following this thread, as I am facing the same issue. It works with Android, but not with Windows. Hope to get this fixed soon.
