CDM Query

Is there any way to create a query from CDM Entities (Tables)?

Re: CDM Query

When I first learn myself MySQL & SQL, I use to see the word "Query".

Is that something like Select....from....?

If yes, then in PowerApps, you can always use:

- Filter and Search (for Table)

- LookUp (for single value)

based on condition as set in:

- If, =, in, exactin, <, >, etc.

Hope this helps.

Re: CDM Query

CDM is said to be the furure of Database, and it should give the possibility to ceeate queries within CDM portal, an answer to Excel reporting for instance. a query should be made in seconds, similar to any other database.

Re: CDM Query

Hi Yahya,

Thanks for the idea.

Please consider submit this in the PowerApps Idea forum.

PowerApps by default can't modify the data source(See here), so at least I would agree to have the query available from the data source side, and make PowerApps be able to connect with the Query.

You may also take a look at the following idea:

PowerApps must also see SQL Azure Queries, not only Tables
