Caching issue when using multiple O365 accounts

Hello All,


I have started to experience a problem with caches ever since I am using a 'PowerApps service account' in addition to my own account (we want apps to not run through an individual's account but a generic one). 

Since working with both accounts though, the LoadData and SaveData functions within the apps give me an error. I have already tried the following, but all unsuccessful:


  • Rename caches
  • Remove all reference to caches, save and close app, then re-add caches with different names

This seems related to using caches on the same device but using different O365 accounts?

Strangely, the cache functions within apps that are sitting in MY account also error when editing the app, but when using those apps the cache still works. In contrast, when using apps sitting on the service account the cache function does not work.


Has anyone else experienced this?

Any solutions or workarounds?
