Can not open app I created

Hi, there,

 

My administrator (not global one) created an app in power apps. Now she can see her apps and all sample apps icons.  But she could not open it.  As soon as she clicked the incon, it asked her to enter her ID and password.  She entered same ID and password to log in 360, it said her credential is not right.

 

Since she created under her log in. I cannot see her created app.

 

Please help.  Urgent.

Hi wantfit,

 

What’s your current situation?


On which device are you running PowerApps?


If you are using Web player, please try to clear cache and sign in with InPrivate mode to see if it will work.


Please try again to sign in at powerapps.com with the proper credentials.
