Hi,
Do you think you could share the session id with me? If you click the More link, it will show it to you.
Thanks
Cherie
What are the licenses you and your users are using for powerapps?
Might be the case you need at least Powerapps plan 1.
Hi @cardinalpipkin,
Please double-check if you have followed the steps in below documenation correctly. Also, test with another app to see if this is app-specific.

Hi All,
I'm not on Plan 1 or 2 so I'm guessing this is the issue? If anyone can confirm that would be great.
C
Hi,
If you can open it when not embedded inside sharepoint, then it is not an issue with the plans. If you share the session id (you can find it when you click the More link), I can take a look at our logs and see what the issue is.
Thanks
Cherie

Hi Nicki
We discovered that I was still attempting to nest it using square brackets....! If you are using them, remove them.
Hope that helps.

So simple! Thank you!
For those searching for answers I had this

Removed the square brackets from the app ID and its working 🙂
