Cant set context variable in OnVisible

Hi ,

I got a simple one scrren app with two label controls.

In the OnStart I have UpdateContext({UserEmail:User().Email})

Text value of the first label  is set to UserEmail

Text value of the second label  is set to User().Email

The first textbox shows my email, the second textbox does not.

Why is that?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/controls/control-screen

UpdateContext is not supported with OnStart. The documentation has the fancy explanation why.

What are you trying to accomplish? Can we maybe do it a different way?
