Collection and subsequent HTML email missing values, Sharepoint list shows values

Hello,

As part of the OnSelect properties of the Submit button in my PowerApp:

  • A Collection is created with all Form values
  • ClearCollect(entireForm,
    {field_1:field1.Text,
    field_2:field2.Text})
  • An HTML email is created and sent
  • 'Outlook.com'.SendEmail(Office365Users.MyProfile().Mail,"Completed Form",
    email_htmlResults.HtmlText, {IsHtml:true});
  • And the form is submitted to the Sharepoint list
  • SubmitForm(form_Name)

The problem I have is:

  • Some of the Cards in the Form have .Update Properties such as:
  • If(card_field_1.Visible=true,field_1.Text,"Not Evaluated")
  • Basically, if the card is visible, send the text in the text box to Sharepoint.
  • If the card is not visible, send "Not Evaluated" to Sharepoint.

  • "Not Evaluated" is making its way to Sharepoint:

  • But "Not Evaluated" is NOT showing up in the HTML email.

What should I look at to debug this issue? Do I need some kind of "Wait 200 milliseconds before sending Email" or...?

Thank you

Re: Collection and subsequent HTML email missing values, Sharepoint list shows values

Hi @ericonline,

If you only send the HTML email without other actions like create the form .etc, will you get the same result?

Also, check if below thread could help:
