I am creating a form for any new joiner in the organization to submit their details using PowerApps interface. I would like to create a tablet layout. The challenge is that the form has 138 fields. If I go with the traditional form available in the PowerApps, it would be a lengthy form.
I want to segregate the overall form in multiple categories, for eg: personal info, address details, educational details, so on and so forth.
I am using SQL Server Express edition as database and On-premise gateway for connectivity. At present, I have created one single table for the New Joiner details. I am enclosing the field list for your reference.
