Customized list not showing any details in IE and Microsoft Edge browers

Hi Team,

We customized the "edit" form for a SP list using PowerApps. While the form consistenly works fine when I use Chrome or even Firefox, on Edge it often does not pull up the data from the item to be edited, showing just empty fields instead, and on IE it always comes up with empty fields.  Has anyone experienced this issue? Any suggestion on a solution?

Thanks & Regards,

Tamil

Re: Customized list not showing any details in IE and Microsoft Edge browers

Hi @Tamilarasan1114 ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Do you mean that the PowerApps Custom Form for your SP List works well in Chrome, but not IE and Edge?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The PowerApps custom form works well in IE and Edge browser.

Please consider take a try to turn off the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your custom form app, then re-publish your app, try it again within your IE or Edge, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider remove the custom form from your SP List, re-add a new one for it, then check if the issue still exists. If the issue still exists, please consider clear cache of your Edge and IE, then re-create a new custom form for your SP List using PowerApps, check if the issue has been fixed.
