Data Table Header Align Changes When Adjusting Column

I don't think this is the intended behavior of the datatable object, but the header text seems to go from vertical center aligned to vertical bottom when the column is adjusted.

I added this as an idea, but this has to be an error to have the alignment randomly change like this. Have others had this issue?

I've made a similar test and not met the same problem like your description.

I'm afraid text's align in data table can not be set currently in PowerApps.

It is middle align by default. Even if I adjust column, the text align will not change.

Please try to set your column's AutoWidth to false, maybe this can help.

What's more, you could also try to use gallery. In gallery, you could set the label's align.

Please note that although it would be nice to control alignment, this is not what I am asking for. Alignment should remain the same while users of the app are adjusting column with. 

AutoWidth was set to false in the original example presented. This behavior does not change when this property is toggled on or off. Ideas seems like a place for enhancement/feature requests. For instance, if I want shape objects to have a merge option (similar to PowerPoint) then I would share my Idea. (I have already created an Idea for a break-fix issue.) However, if I add text to an app and the weight randomly changes this would be a request to fix, since the expected result did not occur. Please help if you can with this known issue which is happening for all PowerApps I create. The issue with alignment is definitely occuring. It is the expectation that properties will not change without there being a clear command to do so. Please clarify the following...

• Can you share a GIF or video of your experience changing the widths of columns in a data table?
• Is there a process within Microsoft when the expected object property does not remain constant?
• Is there another option to remedy the issue I am having other than Ideas?
