Datavalues and dropdown

How can I avoid a user from typing a value in the datacardvalue directly and only choose the value from two posible values of two distinct dropdown?

You can achieve this by only adding these 2 dropdown controls inside this data card and do not put any other controls.

Hi,  This is how it is in the app.  I have a DataCard that will save the value from one of the two dropdowns.  Some users instead of choosing from the dropdowns write the name.  I want to preven them from writing the name and only have the choice of choosing from the dropdpwns.
