Our customer has activated the trial plan 2 for some tests. But the customer didn't use any features from Plan 2 by creation of PowerApss. Now each time by running of PowerApps he gets the message that he should start the test version (of premium plan). If he cancels this message the PowerApps isn't been run. How can we solve this issue?
I suspect your app must be using some feature that requires a P1 or P2 license. I'm guessing your customer is using an the PowerApps for Office365 plan.
If you go to the View > Datasources section of your app, are you using any connectors that would require a P1/P2 license? If you're not sure, you can list your connections here and we can advise further.
The following connections are created for our client:
SQL Server (through Gateway)
Outlook Customer Manager
Office 365 Outlook
Office 365 Users
OneDrive for Business
I attache also the screenshot of the the message that user gets by start any PowerApps.
After choosing of Cancel button the PowerApps is closed
The SQL Server (through gateway) connection is the issue here. On-premises SQL Server requires at least a Plan 1 subscription for all users and that's the reason why you get the trial message.
