Display Current User's Points from SharePoint List

Hopefully this one isnt too tricky! But here is goes!! 🙂

I'm trying to create a proof of concept of a PowerApps store.

Managers will add users to this SharePoint List, by adding their name and number value of Points.

Next, I would like the employees who are in the list to log into PowerApps and see the number of points they have available.

For example, if Lawrence logs into the app, he should see 115 points, Jason should see his 259 points, etc. I'm thinking maybe User().Full Name = Employee Name could be used, but any help could be appreciated!!!

Re: Display Current User's Points from SharePoint List

Hi @lparkerMDVIP ,

What is the column type of "Employee Name"? If it's text column, please use the formula that @yashag2255  suggested in the Text property of label control.

But if it's a person and group field, then please use below one instead:

LookUp(ListName, 'Employee Name'.Email= User().Email,Points)

Mona

Re: Display Current User's Points from SharePoint List

Hi @lparkerMDVIP

To get the details of the loggedin user, you can use the below expression:

LookUp(ListName, 'Employee Name' = User().FullName).Points

This way logged in user can only get their respective points.

Hope this Helps!
