I’m in the same case of other users in this topic.
I’m testing the ‘Send an email notification’ action, and I tested also the Unsubscribe link.
So now I would please need to remove an account from the unsubscribe list.
As indicated by you, I've sent you an email for this request.
Thank you in advance for your help and Regards,
I have the same problem. Is it already possible that I remove my email from the unsubscribe list or do you have to do this for me?
We are prototyping a way for users to have control over this, But for now, send me the email and I'll remove it from the unsubscribe list.
I have read the post and just want to be sure...
So if I have an email account that needs to be unsubscribed from the "Microsoft unsubscribe list" I have to write it down here?
Is this the official way? if so, this post is invaluable indeed...!
I admit I have skipped the middle parts of this post so ispfm...
(Btw is this list global and also the unsubscribe from is global or per list/form/flow?)
Just my two cents: If you are giving (or have to give) the people, the liberty of "unsubscribe", you have to give them the option of "subscribing again by their will anytime they want" also. (Especially this kind of "lists" (part of flow/forms/Sharepoint etc...)
The official way is to contact our official support. That is the process as of today. We just try to help out users when they report the issue directly in this forum.
That said, we undersatnd it is not the most straightforward way. Our feedback on letting users manage the subscription is absolutely valid and necessary. We are working on a solution to make it lot easier.
No offense intended... if my post sounded like that.
will be pleased if you could delete this email addreses from "that" list...
Thanks in advance...
