Empty Gallery in PowerApps online

Hi folks,

I have a screen containing two forms each of which users are able to enter data. When submitting the form the entered information is submitted to a SharePoint list. Within the first form I have a button that opens a second screen where a gallery is displayed. Selecting an item within the gallery sets the default value of a field within the first form to the name of that item. Additionally details of that item or saved within the SharePoint list using the patch function.

This works exactly how I would expect it to and when accessing the app through either PowerApps Studio or PowerApps online editor the gallery has is populated with records.

When I access the app as an "app" the gallery is empty and when selecting just fills as "black".

The data source behind the gallery is Dynamics CRM where the tables contain around 6000 records.

Why is this happening? How do I fix it?

Thanks,
J

Re: Empty Gallery in PowerApps online

Could you please share the items property of the Gallery control?

Have you tried to create App from the entity directly?

What is the first screen (landing screen) of your App?

In Edit mode, we could configure the filters manually, but when App is running, the screen is loaded in the pre-fidened order.

Please take a try to set teh gallery control as the landing screen, then check to see if doing this would make any difference.

Regards,

Michael
